Les Lunes farms all of the sites that go into this wine. Strictly organic and practicing regenerative farming, Shaunt and Diego focus on soil health, good pruning, and minimal inputs to allow the sites to truly express themselves to their full potential. The grapes in this year's vintage come from three Sonoma vineyards: Stone Barn & Locke Vineyards, Marcheschi Vineyard, & Pyaleh Vineyard

This is a classic California Cabernet ... there is a firm tannic structure that is balanced by luscious dark fruit on the palate and plenty of dried herbs, olives, and cassis on the nose. The wine does exceptionally well with grilled/roasted meats and veggies - simply delightful!
