The Cherry Lime and Basil Shrub was perfected in the Marz Laboratory when they received a shipment of Balaton cherries, from Michigan. Balaton cherries have a dark burgundy color throughout with a robust sweet-tart taste and it works perfectly with some pungent Basil and the acidity in found in Limes. Enjoy!
