Best served slightly chilled, and will go with everything from grilled meats and veggies, to spicy entrees, to a spread of appetizer dips & cheeses!

The Trepat grapes come from the Ferrioles Vineyard located in the village of Barberà de la Conca near Cabra del Camp. The vines were planted in 2005 in limestone soils, surrounded by a Mediterranean forest, with an ecological viticulture of little intervention for a decade.

In the cellar, the destemmed grapes macerated for 8 days. After pressing, the juice fermented in steel vats with indigenous yeast. After fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats with its fine lees. Before bottling, the wine was gently filtered.
